Noise series | 2012

Magical moment seeing an image of a new life. Mysterious, natural, happy and very worried months of growing up and giving birth. Series were made during my pregnancy.

"Looking where no eye could previously see, technology enables nearly limitless 'insights' that can change our perception of reality. Medical procedures like endoscopy, ultrasound, x-rays create a portrait of our body's interior. Printed on glass, an ultrasonographic picture is transformed into a permanent visual memento of a personal condition."
